Description
In addition to its unique design, ERAgrip differs from conventional dumbbells
conventional dumbbells in terms of movement and strength progression.
ERAgrip allows the weight to be shifted directly under the palm of the hand,
which is not the case with dumbbells or conventional pulling aids.
The unusual grip type creates new and effective muscle stimuli and thus
and thus increases the training success.
Thanks to our special adapter system, changing weights quickly and easily is child’s play for everyone.
This means you don’t have to buy countless different dumbbells, but can train the whole body optimally with just a few weight plates of different weights Ø 30 or Ø 50.
The Vario 50 adapter system is infinitely expandable,
so it is possible to screw several Ø 50 weight plates on top of each other.
Incidentally, all weight plates available on the market can be used for training with ERAgrip.
Important information: training in the close grip (between the two ERAgrips) is only possible with the Vario 50 adapters, i.e. with Ø50 weight plates in conjunction with the lock adapter!!!
